The location was wonderful. Taksim square was so near. the staff was kind, specially meryem. She was a nice person and treated customers very kindly. the beds were really comfortable!
The room i had was disgusting. There were cockroaches around. the wifi was so poor, barely a text message could be sent. breakfast had limited choices. Only four hot options existed.

The breakfast included a nice variety each morning. The men at the reception were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom lacked doors that would close, nor did it have a ledge to prevent water from splashing after each shower. The suggestion was to put towels on the floor after showering, but that didn't make sense to me. I had requested a nonsmoking room, however, if I opened the windows, the room filled with smoke from the terrace nearby.

the breakfast had a huge selection , and the staff were helpful. muhammet and ismail at reception were top class , and customer satisfaction was their top priority.
the neighbourhood felt uncomfortable at night , even though the location is central.

The room had some issues, like a broken hanger in the bathroom. i also found hair from the previous guest in the shower. It was unhygienic. the breakfast was the same every day, and not hot enough.

I loved the location. It is very close to Istiklal street. All of the staff were polite and very helpful to me. The staff provided useful information for getting around. I had a great time there.
The water was only provided on the first day. I stayed several nights and had to buy water.

The staff were really kind. Meryem was so nice and treated the customer very kindly. The beds are very comfortable and I slept very well.
The hotel location is good, but if you are a sensitive sleeper, you will hear an early prayer call.

The location is excellent. It is very close to public transportation. The staff members were helpful with directions (especially when I needed to find the metro station). The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
The soundproofing was not ideal, and I could hear some street noise.
